The Professional Coaching Program (PCP)
The success of iCoach's PCP is based on an "Apprentice-like" model. We provide a solid experiential foundation for those planning to offer services to managers and executives.
15-Week Virtual Format
Weekly four-hour seminars on Fridays (8:30 AM – 12:30 PM ET), covering the 'Arc of Engagement' from contracting to completion.
Supervised Organizational Case
We arrange a four-month case assignment with a real client for every participant, including one-on-one faculty supervision.
ACC Level 1 Alignment
Provides the required 60+ SCH, mentor coaching hours, and performance evaluation for the ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential.
