Brian is a leadership coach and HR executive who’s spent 25+ years helping people grow, teams thrive, and businesses win. From startups finding their footing to global companies scaling fast, Brian has seen it all and coached leaders through it. He’s been a senior HR leader at places like Verizon, USAA, Indeed, and LogicMonitor, where he guided executives, built strong teams, and led through change. Earlier in life, he was also an NCAA Division I swimmer and coach.
