Coaching philosophy

I believe in a mindset-shifting approach that helps clients uncover their true identity, because the strongest words in the English language are “I am,” and how you define them shapes everything that follows.

Example transformation story

A client facing a layoff after 20+ years felt lost and unsure where to begin. Through our work, she rebuilt confidence, clarified what she truly wanted, and shifted her mindset. She finished with two job offers and negotiated a higher salary.

I've worked with individuals whos industries are in tech, government, and non-profits.

Outside of coaching, I’m a marathon runner and triathlete (6 so far), a lifelong learner, and deeply interested in neuroscience, systems, and personal growth. I value community, movement, and practices that keep me grounded, present, and curious.
