I believe that developing self-awareness around thoughts, beliefs and the language we use (internally and externally) empowers clients to look at different perspectives, understand their choices and ultimately make their desired change

What makes a coaching relationship successful?
The Discovery session helps to ensure there is a good fit between client and coach, which is essential for both parties. Client needs to be coachable and committed to achieving their outcome.
